What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out is by 10:00 AM. 

Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request (subject to availability).

How can I make a booking?

You can book directly through our website, by phone, or via major holiday accommodation platforms.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. The remaining balance is usually due on arrival.

What types of accommodation are available?

Coomera Holiday Village offers cabins, caravan and motorhome sites, and camping areas. Options suit families, couples, and groups.

Are linen and towels provided in cabins?

Yes, all cabins come with fresh linen and towels. For longer stays, additional changes can be arranged.

Is the park pet-friendly?

Small, well-behaved pets may be allowed in designated areas with prior approval. Please check at the time of booking.

What facilities does the park offer?

Facilities include a swimming pool, BBQ areas, camp kitchen, laundry, children’s play area, and free Wi-Fi in common areas.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free on-site parking is available for guests. Each cabin or site has space for one vehicle.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible facilities?

Yes, we provide accessible cabins and amenities for guests with mobility needs.

How close is the village to the Gold Coast theme parks?

We’re just minutes away from Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet’n’Wild, and WhiteWater World, making us a perfect base for families.

Is public transport available nearby?

Yes, bus services operate nearby, and Coomera Train Station is a short drive away, providing easy access to Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

What local attractions are nearby?

Besides theme parks, we’re close to Coomera River, shopping centres, restaurants, and the beaches of the Gold Coast.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival usually receive a full refund. Within 7 days, cancellation fees may apply.

Do you allow long-term stays?

Yes, subject to availability and management approval, we offer extended stay options for workers, relocations, or long holidays.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside cabins or shared facilities. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
